We are seeking 2 dynamic forward thinkers to team with the SVP of Programming and the VP in administrative assistant capacities. The successful applicants will require strong computer skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities and a positive attitude.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

- maintaining programming contacts
- scheduling media and department press releases.
- Handling producer/host concerns
- scheduling receipt of media in a timely fashion.
- Sales support and sales of airtime for programming
- maintain calendar
- phone/filing
- coordinate media schedules

Qualifications/Requirements:
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- excellent networking skills
- good PC skills including Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
- strong attention to detail and follow-up
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills
- pleasant positive "can-do" personal outlook
