    Oh brother have I ever.
    Same situation a few years back when I was in LA. Only for me the arrow split the limb and hung in mid air instead of sticking into the ground. Last light and I did not even see the limb. Not as big a deer but the same feelings I am sure. It would of ben my 1st bow deer. 8 pointer.
