Here in michigan, if you get caught with loaded gun or bow after hours. You in trouble! If your going to go out at 3:00 am, make sure you dont have any weapons in your vehicle or on hand!!

If your wondering that....bad, i would buy a game camera. I want to get a digital one, where you can get the pictures from it without going to the camera. That would very cool!

You need to see what LEGAL shooting hours are, believe most places are 1/2 hr before to 1/2 hour after legal sunrise, sunset. Better check your local regs to make sure

You really would be wasting your time. You may learn what deer are in the area, but that's about it. Chances are, if he's there at 3 am, you're probably not gonna catch him there during the day. Plus, you could run into a lot of trouble if a warden were to catch you. Your best bet would be to get a game cam.

In my state deer hunting is limited to the 1/2 hour before and after rule, but not coyotes or coon hunting.
You can hunt them all night long in certain areas.
I was thinking thats what this guy was saying.
