Up and down, up and down....We are 12deg. hotter than normal. We had hit a cold spell a couple of weeks ago and it was hitting the 40's at night. The mornings were cold and crisp and deer were everwhere. It has since warmed WAY to much. It is 91 right now Im going out anyway... They keep saying that a cold front is heading in this weekend and were suppose to have highs in the 70's....

    Good Hunting,

I have been hunting darn near naked under coveralls. It is hot and I see the difference in the deer movement. Thursday when Isodore showed up here in NJ a lot of deer were out in her cooling rain.

I am going to be hunting the mornings after work for the rest of the week. I had a six point walk right past me this morning. I got there after light.

It's 29 here this morning and there is about 2 inches of snow on the ground. The mountains got alot more snow.

Elk season opened here yesterday. They didn't do to good because of the snow and being socked in. But today should be really good if it clears up.
