Is all I can say, here is the rest of the story on my ML buck. I know most have seen the pics, but wanted to put one back in here so there is a pic to the story

Tagged this boy Sat morning with my ML. Here's the story. I met up with Griz at his place early Sat morning. I had a stand out which him and roadkill10 were more than kind enough to move for me. Well, I wasn't exactly sure where they put it, but griz gave me soom good directions which I wasn't able to follow, as I couldn't find my stand at first. Well, I wondered around, FINALLY found the green tape they had placed out, but someone forgot to tell ME about. Anyways, I walked in there, right past my stand, guess my light wasn't bright enough to see it. I finally got fed up, and sat beside a tree. That lasted about 5 mins, I knew I was close, so I decided to walk the creek bottom to my stand, sure enough, 50yds later there's my stand. Now by this time it is almost daylight. I finally get in my stand, and after 10-15mins, I thought I heard a grunt behind me, so I hit my grunt 3 times, well nothing happened. Around 7:45 squirrels start barking behind me, so I stand and turn to look, as I had seen some movement and was trying to verify what it was. Well, must have been a squirrel, but then I here something to my front, I look, all I can see are horns, and I think OH YEAH, YOU'RE MINE!! He steps into the creek, turns to my right, gets behind a big tree, I raise the ML up and as he steps out, I let'er rip. He trotted about 50yds, bedded down, and expires. 9pt dressed out at 128, My biggest deer as of yet. I owe GRIZ a big THANK YOU, cause if it weren't for him moving my stand to there, i may have never got him. Now all I have to do is decide on if I want to mount him or not.

YOU BETTER!!! You might not get another one that big as I know you enjoy shooting them scrubs! I would mount him.....

I'm surprized you went into the woods in the dark by yourself......

I was really glad you got yourself a real nice buck and I hope you take my advise and use that head of yours and have him mounted...LOL
He will really good good on the wall...He is one to be proud of that's for sure...

Now I'm moving your stand in the middle of a 260 acre pasture...Oh you won't be lonely, because all the cows will keep you entertained and plus you won't get lose going to your stand...LOL...

Wow, it's hard enough to find private land to hunt on, but to find private land where the land owner will move your stands around for ya, that is AWESOME!!
