    yes in the right situation where there is a buck that feels he is dominate and smells another buck in his area they do work. Like a lot of scents, they can be a knock out but arent 100 percent

    Yep, Tarsal glands can work really well sometimes.

    I've tied them on and used them as drag rags in the past.

    Problem is, they decompose pretty quick, even when you freeze them.

    I've used them but never noticed anything different, usually when I get them from a buck I shoot in the rut, but the time I use them the rut is about over.
