My bucks this year dressed out at 200 and 203 lbs. My 1999 buck went 200 as well.

Northern Maine and New Hampshire are well known for producing many 200+lb deer.

I took this buck during pre-rut, early October of 2001. So he was pretty well built up. He weighed 203 dressed.

During bow season, I took a nice Indiana 8 pointer this year that field dressed at 195. Nice and symetrical, but just shy of P&Y. Big deer though.

The last 3 bucks I've shot have been big mature bucks, all over 300#. Up here if you shoot a 200# deer you've likely shot an old doe.

I have taken several deer that have field dressed over 200 lbs. The largest being 242 lbs. I only have a picture of the antlers of that buck. I did manage to find a picture of a buck that dressed out at 227 lbs. I am not sure, but from the look on his face, my son was not overly impressed.
