i've heard this to be true MANY, MANY times, deer CANNOT tell the difference between deer and human pee, so I believe your safe...

To be honest with you, I have actually urinated in buck scrapes and had bucks hits them the same day after the scrape had went dead for over a week. I honestly believe that deer cant tell the difference between human and deer urine. I would hunt it for sure. I dont listen to all them ads on spare bladders and that stuff...its just somebody trying to make some money.

I read somewhere that it only takes 20 mins for urine to turn into ammonia so there for all urine would smell the same to a deer unless it contained something else(ie; doe estrous)

I think we asked Bond if he could try this for us last year with his deer cam to see what happened over a scrape...wonder if he ever did? Bond gets the most incredible pics of anyone I have ever seen with a trail cam.

I've peed by my stand and out of my stand many times and still saw deer.

I had heard about peeing on a scrape and tried it myself this year. I didn't personally see the deer come to the scrape but the deer still checked it. I didn't scare them off.

i would still hunt it. i dont believe al the talk that deer will stay away from a area that you have peed in.

i still have a bottle in my stand but i dont think it hurts anything to jsut go off the side of the stand.

I've peed from my stand and had deer circle under me a few hours later. I read somewhere that UGA did a study on deer behavior and different urines and found no direct impact when they were exposed to human urine in their areas.

i don't know, i pee in my stand all the time and never bothered the deer.
