Getting Frustrated!!!

Well, bow season wasn't bad and it's concurrent so after rifle season I still get to bowhunt. But this rifle season has been driving me crazy! I went to our cabin down state and hunted the property down there about all last week and saw tons of deer, just not what i was lookin for... then i went out once up here and was disgusted because I saw about 7 other hunters on the property I hunted. I really can't complain too much though because none of the property is "mine", i guess i just need to save up and finish school then buy my very own property!! I'm still gonna be out though, there's one property that i haven't hunted in a few weeks and was seeing a nice 9pt. and i know no one else hunts it so i may try there one evening this week, or just go out walkin since the deer aren't movin much due to the warm weather... I just needed to vent a little, thanks for listening.

Can relate to frustrating. Season here looked pretty promising until the gun season opened up. I own my own property and other hunters on three different properties are practically right on top of me, hunting very close to the lines.

Maybe I just need to revamp my strategy for the next week. I've passed on 3 deer and am still looking for Mr. Bullwinkle Buck!! I've seen him from 300 yds but the ML doesn't shoot that far effectively!!!!!!

You're telling me about frustrating. I'm in for just over 100 hours of hunting plus another 40 hours of driving back and forth and $450 worth of tags with only one doe taken.

I'm going crazy!!!!!!!

That's what's getting me is the money i spent on extra tags.... i'd like to have it in my pocket right now, but if i didn't buy em, my luck i'd be tagged out and sitting at home every day.
