The Bottoms Outfitters in Illinois

Does anyone have any info about this place in Southern Illinois? Its not a high fence preserve is it? Supposed to be going on a trip there this fall for whitetails.

is it anywhere near the Shawnee national forest ?? I've hunted that forest i just mentioned 10 years ago , and seen a few huge bucks , also try huntin pope county they also have huge bucks , good huntin this fall .

I'm from west central Illinois, and I've never been to The Bottoms, but I've heard good things about it. I don't know that it's not a fenced in preserve, but I don't think so. Don't quote me:-) Good luck!!!

don't quote me on this , but if I'm reading it right , it's right near the Shawnee national forest , which is 26,000 acres . the SNF is if i remember correctly, it's in 4 or 5 counties , and the county i hunted in was a dry county ( no alcohol) , I don't drink , so i didn't care but, my other 2 partners did drink . but anyways , here's a web address i got from the bottoms . www. gallatin bottoms .com , i hope this helps
