Default Help with new hunting blind!

I'm needing some help with a new deer blind I bought. It is made of all metal with 12" x 47 1/2" window cutouts. I was wanting to put some lexan windows in, but can't seem to find any window rails that are cut to size. Wondering if ya'll would help? Thanks.

Get some of this http://www.bestmaterials.com/z-bar-r...etals-466.html grind it to fit and attach it with sheet metal screws or trill holes and bolt it on. You can get plexiglass cut to fit at most glass shops and sometimes at lowes/ homedepot type stores.
Luke 22:36 He said to them, “But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don’t have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.

I made my own tracks for my windows so they could slide. Using my skill saw set to a shallow depth, I ran three or four saw widths in the 2 X 6 shooting shelves, and also cut the same width grooves in the upper portions of the window frames. I would guess that you would not want the windows permanently bolted or screwed in place. May look for window tracks at lowes, they may have something around the glass and glass cutting area, or might look for aluminum or some other type of channel or track. May even look for replacement tracks in the bath section where they have sliding shower doors. Some lowes stores have better selections than others, if you cannot find what you need at lowes, may look at some other hardware store or even check with a glass store.

You can cut plexi or lexan yourself pretty easily too by scoring it. All it takes is a good sharp razor knife a straight edge and a good place to cut it. Should be able to cut the tracks yourself with a hacksaw.
