Any luck this morning fellas? I didn't see a thing, but my uncle saw a really nice ten point he's gonna set me up on in the morning. I'm going back out in about a half hour! Lets get some updates!

i just flew back in from atlanta about an hour ago. iam getting new tires put on the truck then making my way towards deer camp for a week. i will not get to hunt till morning the way it looks.

I didnt get to go this morning. We had a frost and were at 34 this morning. Dad and my brother both shot, both missed....

I went out this evening. I saw one a couple hundred yards off. I think it was a button buck. That was it.

Im sleeping in with the wife in the morning. I will, however, be back out tomorrow evening..

Went out yesterday evening with my daughter. Saw a doe and her button buck and a fork horn. Duck hunting this morning but will be back at it later this week.

I'm still in Florida, but after looking at the weather report, I may be off Tuesday with a 24hr flu, lol!!!!

Wow, this morning may have very well been the best morning I've ever had in the deer woods. I saw close to 30 deer total and lost count of all the bucks. I seen three monsters but got no shots. I had several nice bucks within bow range too. I can't wait for rifle season to extend the range! Also for you all wondering about the rut....I saw the lil bucks attempting to push some does, but the big boys had no interest. I bet I saw over 60 deer this weekend with easily over half being bucks! Also saw my very first non typical this morning. I'm pumped for my rifle season hunt up there.

My brother shot this 140 inch 11 point Saturday morning in Western Oklahoma. I missed a really good buck 30 minutes before he shot his.

Thats where I was as well. I saw a buck that looked alot like this one, but he wouldn't come in. Thats a great buck...tell your brother congrats!

More of an issue of watching our babies on Saturday and Church on Sunday...

Went out again last night. Light rain, dead wind. I heard shots everywhere but didnt see a single thing! Even though ive killed one this year im starting to get sick of this!

One of the best October I have seen.

Im heading out this evening to go sit awhile.

Looks like the second weekend of primitive is going to be a good one with weather.

Taking a disabled vet out tommorrow evening to get him a doe.
