what do you think we should do make it were they have at least three days to kill or leave it at the two days and i was wondering what you think about taking your kids out i am going to take my little sister if she wants to go

Our youth hunt here is a 2 day hunt, it is this coming weekend. Not too sure changing it would really be a great idea because youths can hunt during the regular seasons here too. We have had decent results with the 2 day hunt, my daughter has had opportunities every year since she has been allowed to hunt the youth hunt, changes were made to our regs when she was 9 and that was her first year to be able to hunt that 2 day hunt. We also have a youth hunt weekend after the regular season closes in the middle of January.

Far as taking kids out, in my opinion is just doesn't get any better.
Here is a clip of my daughters youth hunt last year. She had opportunities on several bucks, none quite what we were after, but she did tag a nice fat doe.

i see that you all have two times that they can hunt when it is only them well here in ohio we only have one weekend for them to hunt besides the regular gun season well thats what i mean at least give them two weekends
