    Why would one want to make this conversion? You would have to at very least change the barrel, slide and magazines. I'm not sure if any other internal parts would also require changing.

    If you desire to push a .355 dia. bullet out of your 23 then simply drop in a .357 Sig barrel. You then can still use your current slide and mags.
