    Default Running backwards and shooting

Here's a little drill we do often. It's running backwards away from a threat. Probably what you should do. I think it's helpful to shoot too.

Mark, good shooting!. Under those conditions...with nobody other than Sandy..it may be safe to a point,...but I think one would have to be VERY careful not to trip and possibly wound a bystander if one tried this. Personally ..I'd not do it unless I was in a spot like you..with nobody around. I have a concern about safety with this method if not done right.

USPSA and IPSC resembles an armed track meet at times. I was good at this before I got hurt. Some courses actually have 2X10's you walk down as you shoot. Get a load of this.

Have to second those sentiments. This is a very dangerous method. Any one trying it better know for sure what they are doing. This is not something inexperienced shooters should be trying.
