    Default Rocky Prohunter bibs?

I really need some new bibs. I have a pair of Redhead Silent hide bibs, but they are not very warm at all.

It says, the Prohunters are 100% waterproof. Just how waterproof are they really??I tried some on at bass pro a few weeks ago and they felt like they'ed be a lot warmer than the silent hides. They were also more comfy. Has anyone used these before? Any Input? Thanks.

You can take 100% waterproof with a grain of salt with some products. I'm not sure how good they'll be, but my Rocky boots haven't let my feet get wet yet. If their bibs are like their boots, they'll be good.

I like Whitewater myself. I have a jacket in this "category" of Whitewater clothing (Insulated Classics). It is EXTREMELY warm and very comfortable. Here are the bibs.

Whitewater Outdoors Classic Twill Insulated Bibs from the Archery Experts. Available in Hardwoods HD or Timber. They might have a youth version too, if regular sizes are too big.

I have the Browning 4 in 1 Hydro Fleece Pro Series Parka and the Browning Pro Series Hydro Fleece Bibs. These are Goretex lined so they are water proof, wind proof, and breathable. They are very warm and quiet. They work great for gun and bow hunting.

The nice thing about the 4 in 1 Parka is that you can zip the insulated liner jacket out and wear it by i's self. You can also wear the Hydro Fleece jacket by it's self, and the insulated liner jacket is also reversible from camo to OD green. These garments are also part of the Browning X-Change system which mean that different liner garments can be easily zipped into the jacket such as fleece liners, Supprescent liners, or down liners. Very versatile system.

OK, I got a dellima. I was wanting to get these for christmas, but not it's suppose to be raining next weekend when I'm deer hunting. RIght now, i don't have any rain clothes other than a huge duck huntin parka. Do I order my bibs now, and stay dry next weekend, or wait til christmas, and maybe not get them, and be wet this weekend?
