    Default New trailer

Here is the new trailer I bought for hauling both my 4-wheeler and my buddys, plus gear. It will carry 2 ATV's easily with the side load gate. Nice set-up and I can't wait to try it out. I can actually transport 3 ATV's with including the one in the back of my truck.

Looks like a Northern Tool & Equipment trailer. Gotta love that side entry gate.

Its actually a Continental...the are produced in Miami Fl. I like it for traveling because it leave the box my of truck open for "dead deer"!
I refer to my truck as the "whitetail hearse"

Thats a great trailer! Id love to have one that size. I just have a 16' with the steel ramps and its a PAIN. Its easy to pull but I hate to drag that thing for small stuff.

With the side entry and all that is probably not a bad price Ken. Since steel prices been up trailers have been a bit higher.

So how does it pull? Looks a little light without the 4 wheeler.

It actually pulls well. It is very heavy and it does have its own suspension. It is tough to pick up by the hitch because of the weight and the axle is a 3000lb axle I believe? It has a 6 1/2 ft bed by 12 feet long. The fenders are about 7 1/2 feet wide so when I go down the road I can see the trailer at all times in my side view mirrors. I added to markers to the fenders so they will show in the dark when I usually travel.

Guess it just looks light Ken. A lot of those smaller trailers are really light and bounce terribly when they are not loaded.

The wood flooring is 2X material...adds quite a bit of weight I think...

Thinking about getting a new trailer sooner or later myself, but for the tractor and hauling hay and other uses around the farm.
