I saw this product on the Realtree home page. It sounds like good stuff. It says you have to heat seal it in the drier. Will it leave any film in the drier that other clothes will pick up?

Good question. I havent ever heard of it until this post. Youve peaked my interest.
Joe, we are waiting for you to test itIf its good I sure could use it on most of my duds !!

Yes and it works wonderfully. Lat year I used it to re-proof the materal that is bonded to the gortex under my coat.
Now the outside material stays dry and the gortex still allows moisture to leave from underneath. As it loses it's capabilities the gortex will still prevent water from wetting me to the core
My wife bought 2 cans and was well worth it. I would say that one can treats an average Parka
Think lil posted about this stuff in here last week. Have not used it myself, but looks like it should work pretty well.

LOL!I wish I knew about this stuff a month ago. It's been a very wet turkey season here.
How often does it have to be reapplied?
C-Goose, I needed to re-apply after about 50 uses.
That is not just 50 one hour uses either.
Weather, washings, dirt, movement all play a role here.
Worth it? I say sure but with Gortex? It's not needed unless you are tired of the exo-fabric of your garment getting wet.
Canadian Goose,
Check this out, Stay Dri
