Default Opinions on Big Game Partner stand?

My wife took up deer hunting last year and after a nice taste of success with her first buck, she's now a hunter for life.

She likes it when I can accompany her, so I was thinking about getting a two person ladder stand to try out this fall. I noticed Bass Pro has the "Big Game Partner 16' Ladderstand" on clearance for what looks to be a decent price, and was wondering if anyone here has tried one and if so, what do you think of it?

Comments and suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

OK..The first time I checked this the link did'nt work.
Looks like a good deal especially at $100 off
I do like the design of the double rail ladder.

I own a Big Game "Escape" ground blind and the quality is second to none...hopefully they have the same level of workmanship on their ladderstands.

Looks like a good one for the price. Make sure you have plenty of help when putting it up. 125 lbs. don't sound like much until you have to wrassle with it!

Yep, would get help putting it up if at all possible. Used the tractor to put up a few of our heavy stands. Looks like it is a pretty well built stand. Had seen the buddy stands at wal mart last year I think for around $149 and was pretty tempted to get one, that stand is definitely built better.

Looks like a winner to me! If your wife didnt go hunting you would have a ton of room to hunt out of. For the money its a hard buy to beat.

You better hope they have more then one left. Im heading to Broken Arrow to buy that bad boy...

One thing to keep in mind is the weight limit of those stands. Most will NOT hold 2 adults. They are meant for an adult and child or youth.
