    Thumbs up Burris optics-customer service

    My oldest daughter lost the rubber eye cup off of her burris binos last fall sometime during the youth hunt. Have had the binoculars right at a year now. Checked the burris site and found the customer service link and sent them a message. Heard back from them in just a few minutes, they asked my address, shot them a message back with the address and they said they would send out replacement eye cups right away, no questions asked. Nice to see fast response and great customer service in companies like this.

    That is one of the reasons that I only use Burris on all my guns.

    Well, I sent the message I think on Wednesday, had the cups on Saturday. Definitely am pleased with how quick they answered and how quick they acted.
