    Default waterproof suit

    hey all...im getting a new scent lok waterproof suit before archery i think i want the full season..but it says it sheds "light rain"....does this mean 15 minutes to get to the truck errrrr 2 hours and finish your bowhunt?...if any of u have any experience with this suit help would be appreciated

    If you are wanting something to sit in the rain all day, you're going to need something heavier. The Full Season line is good for light rain and snow...it's not actually water proof, just doesn't soak water as fast as cotton.
    I strongly suggest the Pac Lite series from Bass Pro. It's Gore Tex lined which means you aren't getting wet...It's light wieght and extremely breatheable.
    If you're dead set on a scent fighting suit, Scent Blocker makes an Outfitter suit that is water proof, though not Gore Tex. But, you're looking at about 100 dollars more for the SB suit than the Pac Lite.
