    Default Feeder?

    What do any of you mix with corn in your feeders that really attacks deer? Thanks.

    nothin'--the corn does the trick! There are several companies that make a powder you can mix with corn. I have tried apple flavored deer corn but really didn't see any difference in use.

    Not a whole lot around here attacks the deer.

    Bullets and arrows seem to be the biggest culprit. lol

    I think all of the products on the market to boost attraction to the corn is a waste of money

    from my experince they will run over each other for about 25% acorn rage

    I don't doubt it, but to add 25% of that product to a 100 pounds of corn runs $75. Personally, I can't afford that.

    I'm meant to say most additives aren't worth the cost, but may work.

    I mix some protien pellets from our local feed mill. It is a deer feed they produce. It's about $1 per bag more than corn. I think the protien helps through the summer.

    Default Tried it but............

    I found it tended to clog up the feeder. I think the supplements are quick to absorb any moisture so now I just use straight corn out of my Kenco Feeders
