    Default Question????????

We planted our summer plot about a month ago. Well come to find out my buddy never used round up to kill the grass (got lazy). He just tilled it a couple times. I asked him the other day how the plot was looking and he said its sprouting (very short) but not like our hunting plot did last fall. He also said he sees grass growing back in the plot. Is my plot in trouble? We gotten a ton of rain since we planted. What do you guys think?

You're going to need a post emergent now. If it's just grass you can spray a product called Post if you planted clover.

like Chris said--you can use Poast if you planted a non-grass crop. Poast is a post emergent grass specific herbicide--kind of expensive but does a great job.

Whitetail Institute sell Poast under the name Arrest.
You might call them and tell them your situation.

There are a couple products out that are supposed to be safe to use on established clover plots. Have seen them in a cableas catalog, dont remember off hand who all makes them though. Seems enough for an acre was around $40 though.
