I have 1 persimmon tree on my property and i was wondering if it was to late to fertilize it this year to help the fruit. if it is not what should i do to help it out. thanks for any help

persimmon trees are either male or female and you need one of each to produce fruit. Either way fertilization will only help make a plumper/juicier fruit. I don't really think it will help it fruit.

Yep, Todd is right here. Got a persimmon out in our front yard that flowers every year but never produces fruit. Only other one I know of on our property is about 300 yards away. Guess they are either both the same sex, or it is too far for them to polinate.
Yep, most fruit trees need pollinators.
If you already see fruit, fertilizing will probably help the fruit grow bigger.
