Here is a link to their site whitetail institute . Never tried the no plow, but like any other food plot it will only be as good as the prep work you do.

I've used it 3 or 4 times. To be totally honest & fair, the stuff is very easy to plant. All you have to do is spray then run over an area with a disc fertilize then broadcast the seed. It comes up really fast but the deer in my area didn't care for that particular brand of brassica plant. I planted no plow in 2 different counties in 3 seasons & the deer didn't eat it, even after a frost. I've had much better luck with Tecomate's "ultra forage" brassica.
I planted some "shot plot" this year & deer are eating that way better than the no plow.
We planted a couple areas which we had an overrun of rag weed in the late summer. We cut the ragweed, raked it up and totally removed it from our field.
We planted Whitetail Institute's Secret Spot. We did this only because we were in a tight window time wise. We were pleased with the result. The plots have been devoured and we did shoot one deer over one of the plots.
I personally don't use much No-Plow products as I plan our plots a year or more in advance. In this particular case though it was a good choice. The land was worked up well and we got better than expected results. There is no substitute for conventionatly planted plots unless there is no other way to plant. Then you have to do what you have to do.
I have had good results with all Imperial products, but there are some other good ones out there as well. If you are looking at an annual, No-Plow is good. If you are wanting to get years of production then you must look further.
