if your wanting wide open spaces then i wouold suggest nw oklahoma and if your looking for possibly a place i would say get hold of the chain ranch and see if they would allow you to comeout and take pics of the different animals on the ranch. they have mulies whitetails turkey hogs and lots of other critters and you can get some awesome shots off the side of cliffs and down into valleys all excellent

have 160 class whitetails, 28" mule deer, 16" antelope, merriams turkey, eagles, hawks, and prairie dogs within 10 miles of the gillette wyoming motels.
