I think this race is going to be a snoozer. Being repaved, it's going to be pretty single grooved. I'm going with Junior this week. He's been finishing 3rd at Martinsville forever, he's knocking on the door for a win there. He's averaging a little over a 3rd place finish in all short track races this year. This will be a great chance for him to make up for his fine.

Im picking Jeff Gordon. He has statistically finished great here for the past few years, why wouldnt he now??? Gordon said he had a big advantage when the track was old, but now that its repaved, he thinks he may have lost some of his advantage.

7bru, what race are you dreaming of? Jr. was driving a crushed Budweiser can, not a car. His tab even popped off! LOL He really in command now.

Here's my prediction. Jimmy Johnson will win after a hard charge by Rusty, but after Newman bumps him outta the way, Newman will finish second. Jeff will get a top 10 after struggling most of the day.

And Junior will lose the rear end on his car. And, Kurt Busch will have the championship almost wrapped up.

Chruds a yankee and Jrs. a southern boy. Where's the connection to me sucking up to Chrud? LOL I don't have to make a pick, I pull for one driver and he wins or looses. Now, go hunt all those deer tracks I've be having those kids put down during the week.
