yep watch the scores coming in here at work on the computer....looked like they made a great come back but then let it all go in the end....oh well better to lose now then in the first game of the playoffs.
The Chargers absolutely dominated the Colts. I mean, the Colts looked flat and totally lost.
LOL, Now they aren't even going to have the second best regular season in NFL history. It's amazing how 1 loss can affect everything in the record books.
BWA, HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!
I knew they wouldn't go undefeated, just didn't have the guts to call this one.
Just goes to show you how hard it is to go undefeated.![]()
New they wouldnt go undefeated.
I knew they would choke be funny now if they fell apart.
As long as the Bronco's beat them in the final AFC game...
BeanMan
San Diego had more than a leg up on them today, that's for sure.![]()
Thank god its finally over with. No more questions about it and no more chance of Tony Dungy playing starters in meaningless games like he did today.
they had to lose eventually
It was Fun Watching them go for the streak.
RECORDS,
that why they keep them.
TO BE BROKEN!!!
This will be a tough one to break since 1972,
Many reading this weren't even Born then!!!
I was in 9th grade, that seems like eons ago.
Maybe Next Year some other team will rise & make a run at it. I hope so.

It will deffinitely be a very hard record to break. In order to do it a team would need to win 19 games in a row instead of 17 like the Dolphins did. The closer a team get the more media show up and the more questions they get, it also puts coaches in the uncomfortbale situation of deciding wthere to rest players for the playoffs or playing them and risking injury which could destroy your shot at a superbowl. Its better to lose a game now then in the playoffs thats for sure.
I would trade my Detroit Lions record for the Colts 13 and 1 record in a heartbeat!Wish we had it as good, instead we have a team that can never seem to find an end zone.
Its like that old joke, how do you keep a Lion out of your house, paint an "end zone" around it!LOL!!
