Again, 9 eastern Tuesday night for the first draft. Basically, I'll answer any questions and then we'll start drafting. I will be in mod status so if someone picks one of my guys they're booted.

I'll ask my buddy Matt. He's a huge fantasy sports guy and he's done everyone of his leagues through yahoo sports, so he just might be interested. I'll let you know what he says.

At least one hour. That's why we'll probably end up having two or three.

so how do we access the live draft page next tuesday (1-23-07)? Are you going to send us a link early so we know where to go for draft night?

When do we get the list from Yahoo?

deeerslayer06--the live draft will take place in the realtree chatroom.

c_lou--the list of players may not come from Yahoo!. I'll see where I can find a top 300 online. That will be used for guys that can't show up.

how will the draft order be selected?

What about roster sizes? And starting roster?

deerslayer06---Once everyone has signed up, I'll get STeve to draw names out of a hat.

c_lou--Once I get a draft order, I'll send everyone a draft kit.

Here's the rosters:

Roster Positions: C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, OF, OF, OF, Util, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, DL

You can hold 21 players on your roster. The BN designations are your bench players. They can be anything you want. ie pitchers or offensive players.

The DL position is used if one of your better players gets injured for a week at a time and you don't want to drop him. You can put him in the DL position and pick up someone else. Once he comes off the DL and you want to use him again, he will have to be taken off your DL designation.

I've just about decided to use last years final fantasy values as the list for eligible players. This of course will not include rookie players such as DiceK, but the only use for this list is for guys that don't make the live draft.

If you want a complete list of players, I suggest you invest in a Fantasy book or do an internet search.

Also, I would like to mention that you will be allowed 20 roster moves throughout the year.

So after the draft and once Yahoo becomes live, you can immediately go to the waiver wire and view all players available.
