Horrible Teacher

Ok heres the situation:

My HVAC Tech teacher wrote me a referal and got me 1 day OSS (Out of School Suspension) for "Hurling a mint tin at another student and hitting him in the face". That is the quote from what he told the Tech Center Principal. Now I have the kid come into the office and tell the principal, 1: I didnt hit him at all and 2: I tossed it at him. This guy is so stupid, he cant even teach. Heres a true scenario: He definetly is in hot water with the principal though. Did any of you guys ever have a teacher who wouldnt teach you anything he only said " look at the directions or the board" even when you couldnt understand the directions bc they were worded weird, or you didnt know what a certain unit component looked like. He wouldnt tell me and a friend what we were looking for and he wouldnt even tell us if there was power in what we were looking for, then we thought we found it Greg (same kid as the mint tin incident) went to grab the fuse we were supposed to disconect and I pulled him away and put a volt meter on the fuse... THERE WAS 250 Voltz SITTING IN THE TOP OF THAT FUSE!!! and he wouldnt tell us that before greg almost grabbed it. Then he got mad when he figured out what happened. And greg let him have it. Ive never heard someone cuss out a teacher and get away with nothing before but the fact that this guy wont tell us anything and yet were workin with 250 Volt minimum charges that, my friends, is irresponsible in my miy opinion what do you think?

Then after all that and they made me give up the second kid in the tin incident he went and told the kid " If your buddy Chase hadnt said something you wouldnt have even gotten in trouble bobby" So now the next thing he does to try to get me in trouble hes gettin fired bc in order to be a teacher you sign a personal confidentiality agreement saying if you write a child up whatever goes on in that principals office stays there, he didnt do that so now its blackmail time baby haha. Im so tired of this punk. He cant teach and now he gets me suspended for some bullcrap and then turns into a little nark/ lyer bc he made me give bobby up in the first place and then after all that he asks me to let bygones be bygones? I proceeded to tell him off and then walked outside to cool off. He came after me and said I needed to have some respect and I told him after seeing the way he has treated me and other people in this class I will definetly have to say I have no respect for him. Upon that 4 kids rose to their feet and started clapping haha. I was cracking up. Thank the lord ima senior cuz on the last day of school that is one bridge im gonna not just burn but blow up. lol

So has anybody else had a teacher like that?

Yea hes definetly a jerk. Latest developement... he was telling me that I needed to pay more attention or he would get me kicked out of the class and I lost it. I continued to tell him that I knew about him violating the confidentiality agreement and if he tried to get me kicked out Id have his job in a heart beat. For some reason he left me alone and wouldnt talk to me for the rest of the week. hmmmmm haha

Sorry I don't think I have had a teacher like that b4 but I am only in 6th grade so I have not had very many teachers in my life time. I am so luky though.

That you are he got mad at me today for "not listening" when the directions he gave us sounded like a bible passage. I swear he said shall and thine each atleast 3 times in one paragraph of instructions and got po'd at me because I couldnt understand that, then he decided to try and embarass me in front of the entire class which was his mistake I blasted him in the middle of the class in front of everybody bc he said I wouldnt learn anything because I didnt aply myself and that Im just irresponsible that I dont not understand things I just dont listen. So I told him that I was going to pass the class with an A, not have to take the Exam, get my certifications and rub it in his face because Im already half way there. Ive got a real nice senior prank planed for him though. I left a pint of milk in his little refrigerator about 3 months ago and it was almost sour then, we still have 4 months left and its gonna be cottage cheese on his seat the last day of school cuz that things just ripening for him. The last day im gonna be there (seniors dont go the last week) im gonna put it in his chair before we get up to leave and then the last day of the year i just might go back there and tell him my final 2 cents and where he can put his "Teaching methods" and blow that bridge to pieces and he BETTER NOT ever talk to me in public is all I have to say haha. But he can try to torture me now but I will have the last word and my time to have fun will come haha.

Then they hold your diploma for verbal assault on a teacher and you don't graduate....think first bud.....They can and WILL do that. I am talking from experience.

No they cant bud because we graduate before the last day of school. They can stick it because my principal hates me 2. She verbally told me she couldnt stand me last year and that she would try her best to get my lazy a** kicked out of school now tell me that isnt verbal assault? I plan to have that diploma in my hand before I say anything. How is it verbal assault to put milk in his seat? Or to tell him to stick it since he seems to like to get in my face everyday. He also violated his confeditiality agreement that he signed to start teaching (when he got me suspended) for lying to a student (telling him I gave him up in the act of "horseplay" when they threatened me untill I did) and telling him information that was supposed to be between me, the teacher, and the principal. Theres no way they can withdraw a diploma in our school system once they give it to you. Its been attempted and denied before. Once they give you that diploma you have proof and its over. This guy doesnt make very good decisions anyway. He got in a students face 2 years ago and the student hit him... AND HE SWUNG BACK. They attempted to expel the student and he cryed assault (pysical and verbal)and they passed him, let him walk, and the teacher didnt get crap. He is a jerk and there is absolutely NO excuse for trying to let kids "Learn by example" with electricity. Im not stupid enough to do anything to him untill Ive got that diploma in my hand anyway though.

If your so darn upset with this teacher, and some of your friends are, take it to the school board. Show them your evidence as you see it and let them handle it. If your right and the teacher is putting you and others in danger with electricity, and you can show this to the school board, they have to do something about it. Trying to get revenge will only get you in trouble.

The problem is no lie, Im afraid to. I have thought about that honestly I have reeeaaly considered it but then I thought if he could get away with swinging at a kid and pushing him with his head then I doubt I would stand a chance. It is being discussed with the family right now though.

Personality conflicts happen all the time, and here's some news for you--it isn't going to end with high school. You're going to have to deal with people like that all the time. You really think putting "cottage cheese" on someone's chair is the solution? Please, how childish can you get.

You say you're afraid to go through the proper channels in disciplining the teacher, suck it up and go for it if you think you have a case, or keep crying about your lot and see how far you get. My money's on the teacher and admin if you continue your present course.

Hey think about it this way. Isnt the last bit of fun in high school the traditional senior prank? You think im the only one thats gonna prank there teachers? Ive got more teachers im gonna pull one on. Two of them I am friends with and one I hunt with him and his brother. I know that ill have personality issues with people in life I KNOW. Think about it would you send your kid to school with an idiot who doesnt tell him when there is 250 voltz of electricity in a peice of equiptment but yet he tells him thats what he has to stick his hand in? GOD I HOPE NOT. Granted Greg didnt think but the fact is, were students, he is supposed to have concern for the welbeing of his students, BUT, he does crap like that. I cant stand him yes and I will pull the prank because im not going to be the sole one pulling a prank on him but thats besides the point the point is this guy put a student in danger and the pricipal didnt listen to the student when the situation was brought to his attention. Whos at fault? Me for wanting to play a joke on him? Apparently you never went to public schools because senior pranks are a staple there, they are a tradition, I have even been the target of one and now its my turn. As harmless as they are they are fun. Its not like im going to stab him in the eye with a pencil. Im playing a harmless joke on the guy. Chill out. This is my last chance to be immature and im taking it. I have been and will continue to be mature for the rest of my life. Once youve lived my life then you can call me immature if you still think its true. Otherwise dont be so quick to judge people untill you know them.

Dude, your going to have problems in the future. You know, you probably want to play a practical joke on your teacher to get the other kids to laugh at you don't you? Do you like having an audience? You know, I teach my kids to stay away from kids like you. I teach them that people like that are not funny and being around that person isin't going to get them far in life. I wish I was your teacher and you played a joke on me . You ever hear of the "Gunny's dance floor"?

I would take Tominators advise if I were you and grow up a little bit. JMO
