yeah so my phone is like broken
the screen is smashed and it doesnt stay turned on
and i cant get a brand new one until the contract is up in like a year and a half and they wont give a loaner phone or anything im stuck
i could buy a new phone but without the purchase of a contract the cheapest one is like $200
i have us cellular and they told me the best thing to do is to find someone with an old phone so they could gibe it to me and then they could change the plan over to that phone i cant find anything
no one has an old phone
and if they do its a bigger piece of crap than i have
i hate us cellular

i got a phone i dont use its a much music nokia...its a rogers phone...so unless you use rogers wireles thne it wont be no good..let me know and ill sell it cheap

You can find good deals on used phones on Ebay. Thats where I got my replacement after one of 'em got washed.

Goose21 try this I am waiting till i find a phone i like to try it recently get myself a brand new Samsung A900 (Blade) phone from sprint for $79.99. This phone new retails for $400!! The information that i'm about to share to you I bought on ebay for $5. There are people selling this information as we speak for up to $20, but i'm giving this information to you for free! Best of all this will only take you 10 minutes to do and its 100% legal!

Heres my story: I wanted the Blade phone from sprint for about 3 months after it came out. I called up sprint to buy it, and they said ok its going to cost $399.99 plus a $36 activation fee plus $15 to ship it to me! I immediately hung up and gave up. I found this guide on ebay that said I could get that phone for only $79.99. I thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't. It really worked!

Heres how you do it:

Step 1: Call up your service provider whether it's Sprint, Cingular, Verizon, or any other company and get ahold of customer service. Once you get on the line with customer service tell them that you want to cancel your service with them today.

Step 2: They'll ask you why you're wanting to cancel, and when they do tell them why. Tell them "I want "this phone" (whichever phone you're wanting), but you guys want to charge me a rediculous fee to get it activated plus you want to charge me shipping to get it here. The phone is already expensive and I can always go to "such and such company" and join them and get almost the same phone for $50 just by signing a contract with them."

Step 3: If you didn't already tell them what phone you were wanting, they'll ask you which one you're wanting. Tell them which phone it is and they'll give you a discounted offer on the phone. If the phone is a chepaer phone you should get it for free. If it's a more expensive phone you will probably have to pay a little for it. They will waive the activation fee and give you free next day or priority shipping!

Remember don't be scared to bargain with them. They get PAID to keep you with them. If they don't give you the price that you're wanting just hang up and call right back in. This has worked twice for me and many other times for my family, and continues to never fail!
