digital Stealth camera question

With the camera with regular batteries, what kind of battery life do you get? Do you know of or have any suggestions to extend battery life, Do you use any adapters, or solar chargers?

To answer your question. The normal batter life of my stealth cam if weak at best. Maybe a couple of days at most. But it's been real cold every time I have used it. I fixed the battery life problem by rigging mine to work off of a 12V battery. The camera will now take hundreds of pictures in below zero temps with no problem. I can't wait to try it out during this summer and fall.

Have not heard good things about the stealth digital. I think you can get a rechargeable battery and a solar panel for the stealth though and that might help. You can contact them and ask them from their site.

We have a leaf river digital, still has the same batteries I put in it when I put it out back the second week of January.

You can get the solar panel, but don't waste your time.
