    Went to get the cam today. Do you think this deer looks sickly? His coat looks awful mangy.

    Yes, that first deer does look sickly. His ribs are sticking out pretty noticable. He should look better than that for the time of year.

    Our bucks arounds here have been a lot lighter and shaggier looking than the does, but not like that. That deer is sick, and does not look to me to be a really old deer either.

    Well these pics were taken in Rhode Island on public land. The closest I've heard of CWD was in New York. I hope to god he doesn't have CWD. Do you think I should notify the Dept of Fish and Game about this deer?

    That deer defintetly doesn't look good. But how unhealthy can he be if the yotes haven't gotten him by now?
