Pic of Me During Turkey Season...

The last day of turkey season this year, my cousin who does production work on "Whitetails Forever", went with me and a buddy. We were able to get a little bit of footage, but no kill on tape. She later emailed me a still from the video.


The footage will probably never make it to air, since we didn't connect on a bird. However, she did say she'd save it and use it if we get a deer killed on tape.... Cool, wish us luck...

Hen's aren't legal during the spring season.....it is however the closest, I've ever been to a live turkey.

It was a hen.... Hens aren't legal in IN during the Spring Turkey Season....

Great picture. The closest I have ever been to a wild turkey was a few weeks ago. The last weekend of our 2005 Spring Turkey Season. I was about 10 feet above an angry hen and then her boyfriend, a jake was about 10 yards away strutting and gobbling. All I had was the pellet gun...
