Here's how I do it.....I use a card reader for my flash cards.........when I'm done downloading the pics I want, I simply go down to the bottom left hand corner of the screen and click on "START".........then i scroll up to "MY COMPUTER" and click on that........and then i scroll down to the icon and description for the USB port that has the flashcard, and then click on that..........then i simply right click on the file containing all of the pics and hit "delete".......it will ask if I'm sure I want to delete all ## pictures, and I simply click on "yes"........

I'm pretty sure that is it to a "t" for me, might have missed something, but i don't think so......

PS. You'll love the Leaf River...got 2 of them and I'd never get rid of them....

I use a card reader for all my digital cams too. Much less of a hassle then hooking up the camera to the computer. I much prefer the card reader to having to deal with the software that came with any of my cameras too. They are fairly cheap, and I think it is a better alternative.

Use a card reader and two cards too. Can delete the pics after I save the ones I want through my computer, but I usually just delete them all or reformat the card when I take it out to change it at the camera.
