Heard that when the new supercenter opens here they are going to stock some digitals. Have not heard anything good about the cheaper versions of the digital stealth cams.

I haven't heard much on the newer Stealth Digitals, but do know they had problems with their first run of them last year......I imagine they've corrected those flaws.........and speaking from experience, i can say that their service/warranty is TOP NOTCH....

I do have a buddy who bought a Moultrie Digital lately for $100.00 and has been extremly happy with it..........the lower end cameras don't have the battery life of say a Leaf RIver or Cuddeback, but you have to make a sacrifice somewhere........I would get a rechargeable battery with a solar charger.......

As far as memory, I think most cameras internal memory is about 16MB.....enough for a handful of pics........I would definitely pic up 2 memory cards and a card reader........2 cards, so you can quickly swap them out, and a card reader to make it easier to view at home..........I like the 256MB cards, but you would be surpised on how many pics will fit on a 64MB card when your camera is set to low resolution........but keep your eyes peeled for deals, I picked up my 256MB cards from a sale at a camera shop for $25.00 each.....
