I posted 2 weeks ago about problems with my Leaf River wire breaking.
Well, the company definately exceeded expectations.
11 Dec: emailed them about wire
12 Dec: 10am - They replied with RMA #, I UPS'd to camera to them.
15 Dec: They rec'd camera in Mississippi
21 Dec: I rec'd the camera, with the wire replaced free of charge and it works great
Thanks to Mark at Leaf River....he was very good to deal with.
Love this camera and look forward to buying another next year.
