    Oh my word!

    That thing is a monster.

    Any more info on it?

    Looks like something you'd see in Oklahoma, but with all that snow and ice, I'd guess somewhere in Canada?

    They can, as long as they can get out when they want to. In many cases, they get in just fine, but, the slippery ice around the edges, prevents them from getting back out. Eventually fatigue, and the cold water will kill them.

    LOL yup that looks like the South Canadian River here in Oklahoma! LOL
