Problems with my moultrie

I bought this new moultrie camera the other day and ive put it out twice and it goes dead after about 4 days. If you ask me that is gettin expensive, my old stealth cam would go like a month and a half before it needed new batteries. I dont know if im just gettin junk 6volt batteries or what? Any suggestions?

Honestly if you can I would take it back and get a leaf river or cuddeback if it were me. Batteries in our leaf river have lasted over 2 months for us depending on how many night time pice we are getting.

I use the moultrie rechargable battery with the solar charger & get about 2 months worth kinda depends on the weather though.

the only batteries that seem to work in my moultrie are their rechargeable ones. they work great though. If you do send it back, include a note requesting some serive for the cost of sending the camera bakc and such. I did this and they sent me a free moutlrie recharagble, my camera has been out about 7 weeks and running with about 200-300 pics with 98% battery left when the flash goes off
