    Default Photos from my Exotic hunt, I saw Mucho Rios!

    I just got back from a Texas exotic hunt. It was pretty cool. I tagged an axis on the first hunt, and then sat behind the lens the next 2 days!









    This is the Sat afternoon, down by a windmill and water trough.








    The next morning we saw black buck and wildebeast.

    I didnt shoot a buck (but saw many..they are beautiful!) It was just a doe/meat hunt.

    Those turkey pictures are absolutely awesome. The clearity of the detail and colours are fantastic.
    I mean, all the pics are great , but those turkey pics really caught my eye

    Thanks for the compliments. They were fun to shoot.

    Photography is just a hobby. I do make some spare change with it, but it could never pay as good as my profession. But I'd love to do it as a full time gig if it would pay the bills.

    The camera body that I use is a Canon 20d.
    For the the turkey photos, I used a Canon 400mm f/2.8L prime lens.
    For the windmill photos, I used a Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L zoom lens.
