Only big bucks rub trees that size. Man, I'd like to get a glimpse of him.
Good spot to put a game-cam, since that's his stompin grounds.

will he come back or is it only pre rut they check out these rubs? i can set a camera right on it if you guys think he will come back come spring. My dad was hunting this past year and he saw a monster from afar. he said when the monster came out the other big deer turned and headed away. back into the woods so maybe this year will be good if he is still around

I would but it on a nearby tree. He will be in the area.

Heres a big rub for yall to take a look at too. Me and my cousin found this scouting a year back. Neighbor got a 180 class buck on camera.

That second rub almost looks like a community rub used by more than one buck , but probably not.
