Years ago, a couple of us came across two bucks that had locked antlers. We cut the antlers off of the one who had died and the other one took off!

It is amazing how hard they lock their antlers together!

Sure do wish I had our camera with us when my daughter and I were on the youth hunt. Will never forget that fight between the deer she shot and the next biggest one on the field. Was unbelievable seeing first hand how much power and how intensely they can fight.

Ive not watched the video yet but i will.

There last fall my uncle and his daughter were out squirrel hunting and saw two bucks fighting. That would be really cool to see.

Great video buckee. Thanks for sharing. I would have like to see the men let the deer rest more. My old hunting partner ( dead now) and i had someting like that happen. We let the deer rest and set back to watch. Took a long time but it got up and walked away on its own.

I just want an explanation for the last minute and a half. They did the right thing by unlocking them but then what the **** were they thinking dragging the other buck off like that? Someone could have stayed with that buck and they could have gotten a game warden and let the warden make the decision.

It appears that they drug the second buck into thicker cover so that it could rest. Not knowing all the details and exactly where this was at, kinda makes that part hard to understand. I think they did right by seperating the two and if dragging the one off into thicker cover for better protection helped it survive then hats off to them. To some folks that would have been an opportunity to put two deer in the freezer.

I have witnessed one major buck fight a few years back and its very intense to say the least.

They dragged that other buck off into thicker brush so they could get rid of him. They were boiling his skull at the end of the movie.
