I'm just glad I don't have to judge these photo's in both catagories.....

I enjoyed this contest very much and enjoyed everyones great views of mother nature and dailey life....

I like Tonya's (GUS) full fan turkey in the game cam category. Slughunters corn row buck and Bonds winter doe are good. Broncho 10's Okie buck is in the running.

In the handheld category I like shutter's longbeard parade and ksdeerhunter03's bedded elk. MewelDeer's action pic of his daughter's first ride and Buckee's entry are also in the running.... huntin' son of a gun' s entry should do well.

There are so many good pictures it is tough to judge. The game cam shots are more or less luck. The handheld shots are a matter of taste with principals for photography more important than subject matter. Framing, rules of 1/3's, focus on the eyes, depth of field, etc, etc., all play into the story that is in that picture. There are some good snapshots also. As with the game cam category most of those are a matter of timing that tells the story.!

Handheld: shutter hands down is my favorite. Some great pics posted, but his really stands out.
Game cam: Illinois archers is my favorite.
