    What i have to do is open up my photos in "paint" then they will usually be really huge. What i do is go to "Image" then to "stretch/Skew" and make the photos down to the size i want them. I usually have to make them to be around 25% of their actual size for them to fit good. I dont know if this is going to help you out or not. Thats just my method of madness.     That's what I do too Nick.....I take mine down to 25% or 30% on both heigth and width.
