SD Card Reformatting

Does reformatting the SD have a effect on the card at all? Like do you do it everytime or will it ruin it?

You shouldn't need to reformat it unless it quits working for some reason. Just delete the old pics or do a cut and paste.

I just delete or erase my photos when I check the cam on regular occasions. I will reformat cards about every 10th time I check the cams.

You can reformat the card at anytime - if you encounter problems with a card sometimes reformatting the card will help.

Booner, Right Click the the Drive (mine is "E:") and it should say Format on the list somewhere.
