    The Stealth has a setting for near or far distances. Make sure it's set where it needs depending on the situation. Good luck. My first attempt was less than spectacular.

    it might depend on how high you have the camera, if you have any angle (pointing slightly downward), and esp heat. The camera works off both motion and heat. If it is hot outside then that will decrease the sensitivity a little. Batteries being a little weak.

    I think billkay has a more elaborate steath cam than the rest of us, I read his post about getting it and paying $30.00 or more for it than the one the rest of us have, I haven't got a setting for near or far on my cam either. Mine tested to about 20 feet, the batteries last longer than what they said but I believe they are saying standard batteries last the 21 days not alkaline. I'm looking forward to seeing all your guys cam pictures.
