Thats an awesome buck!
Sorry i cant help you clear it up any. Looks like steve did a little bit.
Is that the original photo or do you have a higher resolution version. If you have a higher res version email it to me at
gary@smootdesign.com
I won't guarantee anything but I'll see what I can do.

[/ QUOTE ]I think that is it. It was taken off of my buddies cheap camera. His batteries died after the one pic. So, unfortunatly that's what I have to work with. I just sent the original. I think.![]()
This is the best I can do with what you have...

That's not bad. If I shrink it down to a 5x7, it ought to turn out ok. I just want a pic for the album. Thanks
thats a great looking buck
always sucks when the picture doesnt turn out!
Great deer. Dont think my software would do any better than that either.
I resized and added about as much sharpness as I could.
Ok, I didnt have a lot of time when I did the first pic. I added a ton of resolution, made the file over 18 megs, tried to sharpen it up the best I could, then resized it again to a 5x7 pic. I was able to remove the lines that were pixelating through out the photo. But its just not enough to work with. Here is my second try.

Try using the "unsharp mask" on only the hunter and the deer. It will prevent the background from looking over sharpened. "Quick mask" is the feature I use in photoshop tp isolate a portion of a photo. You could probably use the "lasso" as well.

Then I used the lasso to do the "Unsharp mask" just the hunter and deer! Looks better.

I was just trying that Lasso thing. Kinda neat huh!! I'm not sure what the unsharpen thingy is though. Yeah that is looking quite a bit better. Thanks.
Too bad that pic is blurry Randy. That is one heck of a deer. I take several pics when I do it so hopefully at least one will turn out.
