    Default Leaf river quality of pics??

    these are the first pictures i have gotten from my Leaf River DC2-BU. i am very unhappy with these pictures and im not sure if my camera is not workng correctly. what do you guys think??

    Very grainy. Do you have the option of setting a higher megapixel? If so I would set it to its highest setting!

    You probably have the camera set at the defaults which is probably for the lowest resolution. Would set it to the next to highest resolution setting, the highest setting uses a different type file compression I think and requires a software interpolation tool if I remember right, but will get the cam to a 4.1 mp camera. All our leaf river pics are taken in the next to the highest setting.

    Another thing to look at is what are you using to resize? Paint will make your pics look grainy an distorted when you resize pics in it.

    i will try and mess around with it this weekend. i have to go change the juice in it anyway. thanks again guys

    Batteries? How long has it been out? Getting up to about 3 months sometimes more on a set of batteries this time of the year on our leaf river with a lot of night time flash activity.
