    What is it?

Yes, it's a snake, so spare me.

I figure God only gave me so many sunrises, I might as well not miss one.

    Ben

Completely harmless, good to have around the house. Eats mice and other vermin.

This is the 2nd time we've seen this fellar. I had my son run and get the camera this time.

You're close on the king snake Leo, but not correct.

Sure, it's all fun and games after you become a colossal 10K moron, eh?

It's an eastern milk snake. Pretty little bugger.

So I would take it that the myth of this snake coiling around a milk cows leg and milking it dry until the snake turned a pure white is totally down the drain now UH ?? ...

    Great picture tho Chris ...

Actually, they're all over the place William, according to the sources I've read. I've seen two of them now since being here in central Ohio. Both times I've found them under wood piles.

Maybe, but have not seen any of them around. Would be good to have those kind around, unfortunately the majority of the snakes we see are cottonmouths or copperheads. Will have to tell the story about Catrina's garden snake last week some time when I have a little more time

I'd guess around 2 feet. Joe "Dobsonfly" Pileski picked it up, played with it for a bit, and let it go.
