Welcome Cuz. With the right publication, sure why not. One problem I see right off however though, for a cover any ways is that the photo is horizontal, even if it was used as a full wrap, the man in the middle would be over staples. I wouldn't let that hold me back, submit it to a few publications and see what they might be able to do with it.

Beautiful picture! If it isn't usable for a magazine cover, it could certainly be used as a centerfold type of picture for an article on waterfowl hunting. At the very least I would be sure I framed the photo and hang it in my home!
